    ちなみにフランスもこれやって格付けやフルコースの料理回りのノウハウが完全に散逸したり
    晩餐会に供される料理はその国の料理界の粋集めた
    伝統芸能に近く、金銭的・材料的にそうそう出される事がないから一度なくなるとノウハウが飛んで再現するのが大変困難なんだそうな
